“Many people from underrepresented backgrounds feel as though we do not belong in political spaces. Patchwork tries to teach young people that you have just as much right as anyone else, and that source of discomfort can be transformed into a source of unique strength.”
As part of #GetInvolved2016 we held a London Action Day on polling day (5th May 2016) where we got over 100 young people across London campaigning to get the vote out with Caroline Pidgeon, Sian Berry, Zac Goldsmith and Sadiq Khan. We also hosted an informal results event right next to City Hall in Norton Rose Fullbright where we hosted all those involved with the #GetInvolved2016 in London.
